STEP IN TIME SQUADS
STEP IN TIME SQUADS
Our Squad classes are specifically designed for our most talented and dedicated students. We aim to provide them with a nurturing and accelerated learning environment, a well-rounded timetable and excellent teaching staff to encourage them to be the best dancer they can be.
The Step in Time Squad program has proven to be a very successful and beneficial program for all students involved. We have seen vast improvements in our dancers involved in this program. As well as being apart of an accelerated training program, our Squad students have the opportunity to perform at multiple events throughout they year, such as competitions, the Moomba Parade, Charity events and local community performances.
We always block the squad classes together; this means students and parents can enjoy not having to make multiple trips throughout their week. Blocking most classes into just 2 or 3 days gives our students the opportunity to concentrate on homework, family activities and private lessons if they wish. Most Squad classes are closed to Squad students only to ensure they are all working at an accelerated pace with like-minded students.
We are proud to offer a capped fee price at Step in Time, which allows our students to take multiple classes throughout the week, at a heavily discounted price. Once you reach the capped fee - students are welcome to attend unlimited classes at no extra charge.
Places in our Squad classes are strictly limited, and enrolment is via invitation or acceptance only.
2018 Squad Expressions of Interest are NOW OPEN!

Below are some testimonials from parents that have been involved in our Squad Teams, this shows exactly what our Squad teams are all about. Students learning in an accelerated learning environment with like-minded students, and developing strong and supportive friendships along the way.
“Catherine's confidence has increased so much. She looks forward to each dance day and would spend all her time in squad classes if I let her. She adores the friends she has made in the squad and I can definitely say her dance squad has become her second home and her safe place.”
“Aliyah has developed friendships that are unbreakable. The strength and bond between the girls has grown so much with squad. The mums are always there for each other and Aliyah and the girls see that, and with that Aliyah feels she can approach any mother.”
“Its like a second home to Lacey, she would sleep there if I would let her, that’s how much she loves dancing and how much she loves the dance community there at Step In Time. Her dancing has certainly improved and continues to do so and that is why we continue to stay on within the Squad team.”
“The friendships that Chloe has made from squad are amazing the girls are all so close and the way they all support each other is fantastic. Chloe's dance skills have improved heaps this year she loves dancing and loves Step in Time!”
“Alyssa has loved being apart of the squad this year. Her confidence has grown when performing with her group and technique has improved a lot. The best thing about squad is the friendships my daughter has now formed and the support the girls give each other throughout competitions and so much more. It makes me proud to be apart of such a wonderful dance community and we look forward to doing it all again next year!”

“Wow. How much she has grown. No longer a scared little girl. My baby is now a confident and fantastic dancer who has enjoyed her new journey as part of a competition team and has made five wonderful little friends who would do anything for each other and who dance for each other. A massive thank you to Kelly Richardson, through your dedication to your dance school I have a girl now who I didn't even know existed. She loves you and all the squad girls and I cannot thank you enough.”
“Kaitlyn has grown so much since joining squad. Her confidence, her abilities, her love for dancing but most importantly her friendships that she has developed despite all the age differences are so beautiful to watch. Kaitlyn adores her Step in Time family, kids, parents and teachers. Her smile and laughter is a testament to this.”
“I have seen Jasmine grow as a dancer and performer, she loves and looks forward to competitions. I can honestly say this has been the best experience not only for her but for myself as well. Step in Time has bought so much joy and happiness in this little dancer’s life.”
