* Tickets are only sold online, tickets will not be available to purchase at the venue on the day. 

 

PARENT HELPERS - we still require some more parents helpers to assist at the concert. Parent helpers do need to purchase a ticket, if you have already purchased a ticket, this can be refunded to you if you are able to remain backstage to help.

If you would like to be a parent helper, please respond to this email as soon as possible. 

* A separate email will be sent to our parent helpers next week with more information on your role.

 

 

DRESS REHEARSAL - SATURDAY 11TH NOVEMBER:

New Venue - MPAC Theatre, Loyola College, Watsonia

* Please see specific arrival times for each class outlined in the Info Pack.

* A full Dress Rehearsal running sheet can also be found in the Information Pack.

 

CONCERT - SATURDAY 12TH NOVEMBER, 12pm & 5pm:

New Venue - MPAC Theatre, Loyola College, Watsonia

Please ensure you understand which concert your child is performing in, this is outlined on the 2nd page of the info pack. If you are unsure, please ask us.

 

COSTUMES, HAIR, MAKE-UP:

Costumes are looking fantastic!

Please ensure your costumes are hung up at home, and labelled on the inside tag with your child's initials.

TIGHTS - All students require tights to be purchased from the studio for the concert, please ensure you have a clean new pair with no holes purchased prior to Dress Rehearsal. (Ballet tights with ballet shoes, Tan tights for all other shoes/styles.

MAKE-UP - Please follow the instructions outlined in the Information Pack.

HAIR - Neat, high bun for all students - please instructions in the Information Pack.

 

NO earrings, jewellery, nail polish to be worn for the concert.
